Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Responsibilities This position is responsible for the technical planning, organization of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Activities. Supports the company’s mission, vision, and values by exhibiting excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect personalization, commitment to our community, and accountability and ownership. This position will also be responsible for Patient Advocacy and Infection Control.

Education:

  • RN or master’s degree in a health-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a supervisory role.

Requirements:

  • Policy writing experience required.
  • Healthcare operations experience preferred. 
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Must protect and handle sensitive and confidential material and situations. Safeguard documents and projects and maintain confidentiality.
